Hi all, need some serious advice on this one!
My wife lives perm in andalucia, i fly from the UK to spain and back again every week- I am going to be in spain over 182 days in a cal yr.
I earn and pay higher rate tax and N.I in the UK.
Can i be taxed again in Spain! if so, how do they Spanish authorities know how long i have been here? and assuming they have scanned my passport every time - in and out - do they count the evening i arrive as 1 day?
If not - can anyone point me to an official site that states i am allowed to be in spain for any amount of days over 182 per cl yr and not pay tax if my employment and income is in the UK
any confusion sorry
regards Neil
