gestor for selling

I am selling my apartment ...can I use a gestor instead of lawyer..nothing to do with charges I don't find lawyers too helpful ..just want the money that's it... :o

I agree with Hillybilly.

As long as you can speak and understand Spanish and know the procedure to follow you can do it all yourself.

In any case, if you are not confident enough to do so you would be better off with a gestor than a lawyer (especially a lawyer from Marbella).
