I know this subject has been covered but I can't find it anywhere and him in doors has it wrong regarding building on land you own and I would like to show him the new laws regarding how much land you need before you can build on it. Hope you can help with the lead on here

OK, try this link:

http://noticias.juridicas.com/base_dato ... -2002.html

The other link was to the actual publication by the Andaluz Parliament and was in PDF format. This one is published by Leggio, Contenidos y Aplicaciones Informáticas, S.L. but the wording is exactly the same and it is in html format.

or try this one:

http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/obraspub ... t?up=10032

which is the link to the BOJA in which it was also published.

There is probably information in English on some of the 'ex-pat relocation' sites but that will only be someone's interpretation of the law which may not be correct.

If you want it from the horse's mouth you have to go directly to the source.
