Yes we did have a real heavy covering when we got up... Although it has started to rain now.

West of Granada area, I don't imagine the olive farmers are very happy..

This was Maroma this morning. It's bright and sunny now but very windy and cold, and the snow appears to be melting on the lower slopes.

Lovely Shot...looks like it could be here in Canada. We have just had our first snowfall (one that has stayed on the ground) ! Was supposed to be coming over for a short stay in about a week....now I am wondering

Feels like it could be Canada this morning   . It's the coldest I have known it here for some years. Sitting in bed this morning looking due west I can see some very 'pointy' mountains with thick snow on them - they look really Alpine. I think it must be the Sierra de las Nieves, living up to their name!
