Marks & Spencer Marbella

Postby Ama » Mon Jun 15, 2009 8:55 am

It seems Marks & Spencer is coming to La Cañada. Yesterday there was an ad searching for shop mgrs in Sur. I wonder why they have decided to open here, as they closed all their shops in Spain a few years back.
If anybody wants to see the jobs available see http://www.yorkmarbella.es/

This was copied from the M & S report 2009

"Our franchise partner in Gibraltar is opening a 10,000 sq ft store in Marbella, selling the full range of M&S clothing, as well as homeware and food. The store, which will service the large expatriate community, will open in September."

Wodge

Initially they said Sept/early October but apparently now they hope to open in time for Christmas.

Well Beachcomber, you may not recognise the airbrushed version of Twiggy from the M&S advert,
sorry to disappoint you but here she is in the 'raw'

Bless her, how brilliant that she hasn't had any 'work' done. Twiggy is great!
