Sharing my news...

Postby HKM » Fri Jun 19, 2009 10:16 pm

I have posted a few times about my son being stuck with a terrible teacher and being bullied at school. Well we had been repeatedly told that he would be repeating this year come September. So we had prepared him and ourselves for this.... But today we were told he has passed!! He was so happy he cried all the way home!
Very proud parents tonight cue a visit to toy shop tomorrow!

Good news for your Son. He must have been under a lot of pressure to cry with relief. How old is he? young children should never have to have that stress.

Really pleased for you - now please try and do something about the teacher and report the bullying - insist that something is done and make a fuss.

Hope the remaining children will benefit as a result of your action

Thankyou for the messages..

He is 10, he has had a terrible year with the problems at school, the deaths of his grandfather and uncle and I had a big operation. He has worked hard and the tears were relief and shock as we 100% thought he wouldn't pass.

The teacher will not be having her contract renewed and the bully is repeating the year, so onwards and upwards..

I am so pleased for your family and particularly, your son.
His self esteem will grow now. It must have been a traumatic year for him but will make him stronger when he's older, taking the knocks in life and overcoming them by hard work and perseverance. It's a hard lesson in life, but will equip him well to cope with any future problems.

Good lad, you should be proud of him and I'm sure you are. :)

ps. Great news about the teacher too.

I'm so pleased and do hope he will be much happier at school now. xx

That's really great!! Well done your boy!! Glad the teacher is leaving too, i was worried that she would end up teaching my two when the start there in Sept. As for the bully, hope he isn't still in the same class by the time my 2 reach that year!!

Well done to you all for getting through all of this and coming out smiling!! it shows testament to how hard he has worked at school and coped with it all.

I hope the visit to the toy shop made someone very happy...maybe not his dad when he sees the credit card receipt!! lol x

Thank you again for the messages, we can enjoy the holidays now before the hard work starts again in September.

He has photocopied his report to take in tomorrow (last day party) as he wants to show everyone!
