What taxes have to be paid if you are living here in Spain as a full time resident!!!!!

I know about the bin and rubbish tax which has to be paid at Town Hall!!!!! But are there any others!!!! Like, Income Tax at Hacienda or stuff like that!!!! Would be grateful for any info.
