Go into local Spanish bars in Almunecar and ask if they know of anyone looking to rent out long-term,
guaranteed success rate... :D ..

A bit more difficult during the summer season, but I know there has been a lot of empty apartments for the past two years....

Regards,
Gordon

Have a look here, or do a search on the web.

As you have a computer, go to Google and type in... long term let almunecar. Quite a lot of results came up for me when I just tried it.
I've got an inferiority complex, but it's not a very good one!

Having spent the last couple of months looking for a long term let, I can tell you that the properties advertised on websites bear little relation to what is actually available!

The best thing to do is Google for the details of local agents then contact them to see what is available.

A lot of the agents advertise through http://www.kyero.com

There are lots of places on Kyero, but try enquiring about them and it's another story.

I've wasted hours going through Kyero and rental websites only to find that the ones I liked were no longer available but the sites hadn't been updated.

Thanks all. I'll be staying in Nerja next month so will try to find something while I'm down there. :-)

But at least Kyero tells you the agents so you can then contact them direct. It's the same agents that Google will give you.

Just use the link posted earlier by Gronc

http://www.almunecar.com/Commercial_Dir ... ental.html

It will give you a load of agents in Almunecar.

If you are interested in La Herradura which is part of Almunecar I would recommend Da Cuesta and Karcher. They are on that list.

No soporto ver la casa sucia, ahora mismo me levanto y apago la luz.

Try www.inspain.tv and tick the box on the enquiry form that lets other agencies or owners with similar properties to the one you have looked at contact you. Found my pad in Nueva Andalucia this way. Word of warning....on the enquiry form ask to be contacted by email and not telephone!
