Hello Mijas Bound
No, I simply bought a map of southern Spain, oh nine years ago now for £3.50 on the boat to Santander from Plymouth. The map has worked ever since, it's been exceptionally reliable. I will admit sometimes there is a minor glitch when the Spanish go and build a new road but I find road signs are helpful in this case.
Have a great day - Regards and all the best TerryC

Hello again MB
Just another thought, why didn't you go to Ikea in Malaga? From Mijas you could probably have managed to find that without a map, (it's just before the airport from your direction) although I must admit the way into Ikea from the N340 is a little complicated.
Sincerely yours TerryC

I fully understand the hell here.
I have a Sat Nav and I call him Tin Tin.. We travel many places together and hardly ever where I wanted to go

Re: The hell i went through
Seville is tricky. I first went from Coín to Extremadura via the A92 and the N603/E803. I had a map but still got lost in Seville. Luckily I had a compass. I knew I had to go north eventually. It worked brilliantly because, although I didn't know exactly where I was for over half an hour, I was going in the right direction.

Re: The hell i went through
It really depends on where you are travelling from. If you come from the Algarve, or Huelva, for instance, it is one straight road, the motorway, until you take the turning off where the large IKEA signpost is, and the IKEA is there right in front of you. Couldn't be any more easier!Lavanda wrote:Seville is tricky. I first went from Coín to Extremadura via the A92 and the N603/E803. I had a map but still got lost in Seville.
