All a load of rowlocks!
I've got an inferiority complex, but it's not a very good one!

2nd October was our last day in Torremolinos (for a while anyway). We took a quick siesta in the afternoon and when I woke and looked out the window (17 floors up), it looked like smoke to me. The sky was clear but down below, the buildings were obscured and we couldn't see the sea or mountains. The mist was kinda swirly too - again very much like smoke.

When we flew home in the evening, we flew up through the mist only for a second or two and into clear sky. It was really quite weird - reminded me of the mist that came floating over the sea in the film 'The Incredible Shrinking Man'. Luckily I'm still the same size now as I was two weeks ago so obviously NOT the same kind of mist as that in the film....

Ooooer, bugsbunny, The Incredible Shrinking Man, that's a blast from the past  I remember that film soo well. The shot of the cat peeping into the doll's house hunting him. His fight with the spider in the cellar .......being an arachnidphobe made it a real horror for me. How tame compared with the horror/sci-fi films of today ..........but memorable nevertheless. :)

Hola Sandramay. It's made me think about going out and buying it on DVD actually. It is available - I've checked! Dated now of course and the special effects can't touch what's achievable in today's films but still an epic
