My local Aldi is selling clothes rails at the moment , just the cheap ones , might not be suitable for a market stall

You want to run a stall selling clothes rails and pasting tables? I hope you find enough customers, and that you can source your stock!

You can of course purchase good quality, professional clothes rails, online direct from shopfitting companies or E-bay, not the cheapest but far superior to the domestic rails that will fall to pieces very quickly.
As for tables, decent quality fold-up tables are regularly available at Lidl and Aldi, they are more expensive than hardboard tables, but will last much longer and look good. There is nothing worse than observing a sagging collapsing paste table at carboot/ rastro sales, presentation is so important , even in an amateur way !
Another good source of rails is from 'closed down shops', for some reason Spanish shops seem to abandon the fittings when they cease trading, ring the agent/ landlord and make an offer.
I have also seen and bought some shopfittings from organisations like Remar ( Rehabilitacion outlets for Recovering Alcholics/Drug Addicts), and what they sell is usually realistically priced and they will 'haggle'.

Secondhand clothing sells better than new at Rastro type events , and stock is very easily sourced.
Useful items , such as kitchen utensils, DIY tools and larger decorative items are good sellers.

Bonne Chance.. :D

Regards,
Gordon...
