Does anyone know if it is possible to contact Endesa by email regarding a domestic supply problem. We are in the UK and are due to relocate to Alcala la Real in the middle of August and have received a message from our Spanish neighbour that, as Endesa cannot gain access to the indoor meter they will cut the supply. We are paying our standing charges via Banco Popular and the house has been unoccupied for at least 2 years
