New Regulations about houses in the campo

A neighbour has told me that there are new regulations coming into force from the Junta de Andalucia, about houses in the campo regarding doing work on the house and selling your house. The neighbour didn´t know any specifics. Does anybody here know what this is all about please?

I don't know the exact specifics but as I posted on here a week or two back we received a letter here in the UK regarding this I assume. I read it to be saying that you must declare any bulding works you've had done to the property to get them put on catastro and escitura.......it went on to say selling would be difficult in the future if you don't do this. It was Torrox Town Hall who issued this.
