Does anybody have any experience with 'Iberswitch' (http://www.iberswitch.com)?
We have read an article in the euroweeklynews (24 -30 may 2012) about this power supply corp, but reading their terms doesn't give me too much confidence.
Any information will be appreciated!

Iberswitch
We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

No experience personally, but from what I have heard I would not go near with the proverbial 6' barge pole!

Re: Iberswitch
It's a con. Their advertising is totally misleading. They are now suggesting they can save you 50% but all that is is the normal discount for getting an off peak meter which you can do yourself.

Switching supplier was also covered recently on this thread:- http://www.andalucia.com/forums/viewtop ... 22&t=28638
Essentially as most users are on a government controlled tariff there is very little room to manoeuvre apart from small discounts on the monthly charge and promises of tariffs fixed for a year or so. These "fixed" tariffs are also able to vary so you never get what you are expecting.
It's pretty simple to change supplier if you want to - you don't need to pay someone for the priviledge.
If you want to compare tariffs look at this government price comparison site

If you are a heavy user on a potencia of more that 10kw then you will already have been forced into the "free" (I wish) market where electricity is about 30% more expensive as it is not government controlled. In that case there are significant savings to be made by switching supplier. I am in that position and I switched to Iberdrola. It just took a couple of online emails (in English) and a contract arrived next day.The changeover (which does not involve anything more that some changes on their database) was done at the end of the month.
