Hi nevillewillmott,

In a word.................NO ...just pull up the form 210 and fill it in, print and take to your Bank or other participating Banks.

Give it a go and let us know how things go........

Hi

Apologies for lurking for a long time, but here I am again......

I have just started to think of our Non Resident Income Tax for 2021, and have a note that the link to the Form 2010 in English (I know, apologies!) is in "andalucia.com faqs" but I just cant see it. Has the link been moved to somewhere else please? Or is there another reason why it is not longer there? Apologies for not keeping myself up-to-date, but everything was so straightforward from the link......

Can some kind soul point me in the right direction please? I would be very grateful

Thanks in advance

Vincent

Hi Enrique

Pleased to report that Forms 210 all completed for both of us, and with the new 24% rate, rather than the old 19% - makes a difference, eh? The new Form was a bit of a pain, and created an error when I tried to use the 19% rate, but heigh ho...... Off on Thursday to the Caixa Bank in the village to pay our supposed debts. At least one we can't blame Trussnomics for.....

Thank you for your kind support with this issue Enrique, and also to all the other kind gurus for their otherwise unacknowledged assistance over recent months. I'll continue lurking......

As Mark Twain is supposed to have said "death and taxes are the only certainties in life" or something like that.....

Best Regards

Vinnie

Hi Beryl1914,
I'll send you a PM (Private Message) with Instructions a bit later to day as in middle of another job.

In the meantime have look through this thread............

My Post April 27 on Page 87..............not quite what you will doing , but the link brings up the Form so you can start filling it in for paying in your Bank in Spain.

NB: you need to get your numbers together before firing up the form as it has a "timeout" feature :!:

ADDED:: I've sent you a PM with the Procedure, the reason for not Posting in this Thread as I'm still waiting for feed back from other Members as to how it stacks up and is it easy to follow.

Thanks Enrique you have been a great help, but I think I will have to pay the solicitor because I won’t be in Spain to pay it in the Bank. Next year I definitely will sort this because I have paid him since 2004 ( stupid me ) This site is full if amazing people

Hi Beryl1914,

"I have paid him since 2004 "........... I trust you have copies of the Form 210 for all those years.....so you can see how to fill the form in.

Methods of Payment...

You can take the Form and Pay cash in your bank
Pay from your Spanish bank account using a NRC number.
Pay from a Foreign bank account.

All of the above have been documented by Members in this main Thread.

N.B.
You don't need to wait so late in the Year to pay.

Hi Folks,

Sorry to disturb. I just filed my 210 form online (pre-declaration). I then paid what was due online with Banco Sadadell. I received a NRC number after payment with an instruction to give the NRC number to the tax agency. How? I'm unsure how to link my already filed return with my now obtained NRC.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Best Regards, S

Hi Springsteen,
The normal procedure for using NRC from your bank........... you will need a Digital Signature , and fill in the "Digital Signature form 210" that has the option to match up your NRC with the Form ID.

The Form you used only has the option to Pay cash at a Bank or from a Foreign bank account.

I've not managed to confirm the above as the links on the site ( https://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es/ ) gave me a 403 return.

There was a discussion earlier this year on this thread trying to match up a NRC number with a filled in Form.

Thanks Enrique.

I’ll investigate further.

Technically I have filed a return and paid what’s due, however, not exactly as they want it administered.

tmarshall57 wrote: Sat Sep 03, 2022 8:42 pm Further to my earlier post, I completed my Modelo 210 submission a couple of days ago. I focused on doing the job completely online and paying by direct debit using a Spanish IBAN. The advantage of this is not having to print out documents and take them to the bank - also the payment is taken at the end of the year.

The process worked for me and didn't take long. I used a lot of the information previously provided by Beachcomber (thank you very much) and I documented the process I followed.

The document is located here: https://1drv.ms/b/s!AhDB7EJ68FIlgpZ-5YS ... A?e=PBL1ED

I will update the document from time to time but I can't promise to respond quickly to all queries. The document includes a list of pre-requisites and assumes you have a digital certificate.

Best wishes

Tony
Thanks for this, Tony. I have done my 210s for a few years but my sieve-like memory always appreciates an update (+ things have changed for 2021).
My cl@ve isn't active but it nevertheless produced the prints as a pdf which I can go to my bank with.

Out of interest, I didn't have IBI receipts this year so I did not have the valor catastral (the property ref is unchanged through the years of modelo 210 forms). I did an internet search for "valor catastral" and the useful site is this:

https://www.sedecatastro.gob.es/CYCBien ... spx?vr=SI

in *Finalidad, selectEfectos informativos
*Fecha de valor, I just took today's date
followed by my NIE and the referencia catastral which is on all my previous years' printouts. To prove your ID, you have to enter the E######## number (including the E) in the top right corner of your photo TIE. The current valor came up and, because it was a whopping 50% greater than previous, I knew a revaluation must have taken place so 1,1% rather than the old 2% was the tax rate. Would have been a nice saving, but the 24% Brexit Benefit rather than 19% made the total pretty similar to previous years (a small increase).

Hope that helps someone struggling to get anappointment for IBI receipts from the town office.
