Icing sugar

Postby teralin » Mon Jul 15, 2013 12:56 pm

I realise this might not be a very exciting post but I need some icing sugar and I don't think I have seen it in the supermarkets. Can anyone steer me in the right direction and also tell me what it is called in Spain. I have just baked a lovely big carrot cake and it is in need of some serious decoration!

Thanks all

If you live near Fuengirola they sell it at Iceland.

Seen it in Carrefour/Eroski/Mercadona, usually comes in a plastic tube with a twisty dispenser top (Azucar glase or en polvo).
