Barbers near Velez-Malaga?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a decent barbers anywhere from Torre del Mar up to Alcaucin etc?

Looking for a modern barbers - you know the sort, staff probably have tattoos, American Crew etc in stock...

Ideally one that speaks English but could probably manage with Spanish if needed!

Hair and Beauty Salon at Puente don Manuel (unisex) ... Stefan has tattoos and is a very good barber ...

There is a very good trendy barber in Rincon del la Victoria. If thats not too far I can give you directions.

Overlooking the feria ground at Las Cuevas, look for a load of 4x4s parked and ask for Nigel.
He was a barber in the UK , and apparently qualified to service 4x4s and charge 20€ an hour as an expert on wifi networks, both on the plane on the way over...

Thanks all. needed (wanted?) it done today and obviously everyone shuts at 2pm... ended up in Malaga Centro. Antonio's in Malaga Plaza. I said start very short and blend up, blimey, I'm nearly bald! And she shaved the parting in, as I like it, except it's far too wide and very messy Cannot recommend them!

Ended up popping into the hairdressers in El Corte Ingles and asked them to tidy it up. Nice bloke spent about 10 mins very carefully tidying it with a cut-throat and wouldn't take any money for it! I think he felt sorry for me

So, basically, it's a mess, but at least it's a tidier mess than she left it in! If I was closer to Malaga Centro I'd use El Corte Ingles more often.

It on the square where the underground car park is situated. If you stand with your back to the sea its on the right near to some flats. A little parade of shops. You will know if its the right place as he cuts the kids hair in a little car. You can walk in but normally have to wait about 30 minutes. It took me about 5 minutes to find it the 1st time i went but worth the effort. I had an haircut in El corte Inglais a few years ago and it was terrible.

Another good one is on Algarrobo Costa, "Barberia" (spelling?). From Torrox direction on the right of the main road after Mercadona. (closed Sundays & Mondays).

Youngish guy who cuts traditional or modern. You must speak Spanish.
