Is there a mechanism for complaint within the system ? We seem to 'loose' mail at a fantastic rate. Stuff that we are told is dispatched that just doesn't arrive.
In the last three months a parcel from Germany (Amazon), four other mail order parcels, a replacement bank card, and we are still waiting for some of the replacements.
When we report non delivery all the companies tell us the address they sent the parcel or packet to and they, without fail, have it right.
Yes we have cancelled the card, and the replacement should be at the bank branch via internal mail, tomorrow.

Re: Correos
Sounds like someone is receiving your parcels.
However, if it's coming from Amazon they normally use a delivery service eg MRW and the driver will telephone you to arrange delivery which is signed for

Re: Correos
Seems like we gonna have to round up that 'loose' mail pardners
Re: Correos
There are lost mail forms to fill in at Correos. Sounds as if you have a crooked Postman.
Re: Correos
We thought that about the postie too, but it's a small village post office with only three employees, they have been the same people for at least the last nine years, and the Postmaster doubles as the JP. I have trouble thinking that either they are bent or that they are delivering to the wrong address as they are village people (no YMCA jokes).
