Provision Medica

Postby gerryh » Fri Nov 21, 2014 11:46 am

Hi
Does anybody have an email address for an English speaking contact at Provision Medica?
I have used [email protected] before but when I try email that address it keeps bouncing.
Tried phoning them today but when I asked, in Spanish, to speak to an English speaking person they just cut me off.
I'm trying to get a hospital appointment authorised.
Cheers
Gerry

The email I use for authorisations is [email protected] and they usually respond quickly to an email in English.

The number I have for authorisations is 952 062991

Hi Sid
That is the email address I tried for an authorisation.
Emailed that address last Monday and haven't had a reply.
Previously I have had a reply the next day at the latest from that address.
Cheers

Tried the number you gave and they said I needed to phone 952216522.
All sorted now.

I had an authorisation by email on Monday from [email protected] within an hour, also had an email from [email protected] then too. Not sure why it should bounce. Hope there's no problem. :wtf:

Although Mail deamoin (sp?) said it couldn't be delivered it was in fact delivered and received by Provision Medica.
The hospital appointment had been authorised, they sent it straight to the hospital but didn't tell me they had done so.
