Postby USINSPAIN » Mon Jan 18, 2016 12:25 pm

Bought a jar of olives from Carrefour opened then they are very hard not ready to eat, question if I leave them in the jar with the liquid will they soften in time or not ????
Did not know where to ask this question.

You could try re-brining them for a week, but not sure if that would help. I would take them back and try and get a replacement. Personally, I would never buy olives until I have tried them first, so try to go to markets or delis where they will let you taste first. One to look out for El Secreto de La Abuela. Absolutely delicious.
