If you mean the Agencia Tributaria (also known as Hacienda), which is the same as HMRC/Income Tax office in the UK, it is on Calle Romero Pozo in Vélez-Málaga. That is the street running off the Plaza de las Carmelitas, alongside the Ayuntamiento building. The office is on the left hand side, going up.

We use the gestoria facing the Hacienda, also where a good abogada has an office. Murder parking round there on-street, but there is a multi-storey further up the road, then first left.
