Veo = I see and te is the direct object you

'Te vee bien?' doesn't exist


'Te ves bein?' exists but means you see yourself well? A bit strange in English so a better translation might be 'are you feeling well'

'Te veo bein' or 'te encuentro bien' means you are looking well (to me) or literally I see you well or I find you well, which is what you would like to say.
Another way is 'se te ve bien'
