OK....Did I manage to keep to my promise of not drinking Alcohol during October as per my other post regarding supporting the Macmillan Nurses.?

Regretfully I failed...
However I did cut down dramatically, and it wasn't the need to drink that made me fall of the wagon..It was actually because I could not face drinking anymore sin-alchol beer or wine ..it gave me a bad head in the morning....
And I tried drinking soft drinks but I was consuming them too quickly, so was eating more tapas than usual and in danger of putting on more weight.!
And at home I drank tea and cocoa and fruit juice...really boring....

Anyway it was an interesting experiment and I 'did my bit' and sent off my donation....
So now I'm off down to the bar for a glass of vino tinto......CU down there...
