I know there is a lot of info on here I used it myself, but I cannot remember the correct procedure, a friend of mine wants to change his UK licence to a Spanish licence he is over 70 I have told him I will help him he is not very good on computers so could anyone direct me to the right postings then we can read through them.

If he still has a valid UK licence, he just follows the normal procedure. The fact that he over 70 is irrelevant as the rules are the same. He will get a 5 year licence.

Unless he has a medical condition that makes the DGT cut the time.....I have just renewed, and they gave me four years, presumably because I am insulin-dependent type2 diabetic.
