Can't get link to IBI bill

What has happened to the prpmalaga link that I used to use to see my IBI bill. Firefox won't connect because of security issues and Chrome just can't seem to connect to it at all. Is there a new link that I need to use?

I find that most of the Govt. websites here are rubbish. Always going down. However you can call in and ask in the Patronata.

Click on 'Sus Tributos a un Click'

The check IBI bills etc click on 'Oficina Virtual' then 'Consultar información detallada de Recibos Domiciliados'

In Málaga not all municipalities use the Diputación to administer their bills. I don't know about Almería municipalities
