Morning All
Is anyone else having difficulty logging on to the Endesa website, please? We've tried several times over the past few days, only to receive a message that it's not possible and to try again later.....
Not a big problem, but we wonder if it's just us?
Thanks in advance
Vincent

You can check if site is down................

All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.

Morning All
Thanks for all your advice
I tried another Browser (MS Edge) with the same outcome, and then cleared all (I think!) the Endesa cookies in both that and my favoured Firefox, but still no access......
Then - a brainwave..... I noted that I was automatically logged-in on Firefox, with the website remembering both my username and password (likely at my past request), so I logged out and closed the window, and then opened a new window, logged in again, and lo and behold, I'm in...... So it might all be a bit long-winded, but at least I can check my bills before the money disappears from the bank......
Thanks all yet again - a great knowledge resource
