well isnt that title scary ?
over the last two years my girlfriend and i have spent 15,000 euros on renting houses to live in, so now we are looking around at mortgages and our options for the future.
do "first time buyer" mortgages exist in spain? who is the most likely bank to give us one? we are both on 1000€ / month more or less so we´ve got the money, but i dont know where to start with it, this is all new to me.
does anyone have any advice ?

Re: first time buyer mortgages?
I looked on idealista at the houses and they have a mortgage calculator on there.. 120,000 works out at 320 a month which is absolutely fantastic, but they ask for a % in reserve.. they want us to have 40 grand in the bank!!
