I doubt it. Healthcare is supposed to be free for all legal residents already. its the INSS who refuse to except aplications for it and refuse people their rights. This new law appears to be more based around undocumented "sin papel" as eu residents come under something different.

This government certainly seems to be a caring one, more so than the last lot. Who really needs to be worrying about healthcare in this day and age, let's hope it is as it says in the article.

Agree with what you say though: good to see what looks like a change of direction from the new administration. Early days yet.
