I use Moneycorp. I can send them money from my Lloyds UK account to my Moneycorp private account via a bank transfer or using my debit card for no fee.

I choose when to buy the Euro's and this sits safely in my Moneycorp account until I decide to send it to my Caja Rural account, all free of charge. You can do this online or via a phone app.
I cant recommend them highly enough. If anyone wants more details then let me know and I'll pass on my transaction managers details.
