We are a small expat society about to hold an AGM. I would like to know if there is an "official" format for an AGM and also a format for minutes. They will be in English and then translated into Spanish. I have been told it is important to get it right as without well documented AGM and board we will have difficulty accessing bank accounts etc.
If anyone has examples or pro fromas could they please post or email me obviously redacting names and sensitive content.
