Outstanding IBI

I really need to go into Patronato in Velez Malaga. They say I have a bill outstanding but I have a stamped document showing otherwise. I have limited Spanish but hope the document would be self explanatory. Last time I was in Spain it was by appointment only. Is this still the case?

was the "reminder" sent about a week after you paid it ? they dont update their system that quick.. my dad gets electric bills that say "pay by the 20th" for example, and he recieves them on the 21st or 22nd :rolleyes: we pay them and then get a reminder about paying it...

ahhh ok, sorry, i think you´ll need to go to the office. Have you got a digital certificate? you might be able to check online?
