Hi all, long time since my last visit, we have an AGM looming and considering the ability to travel not to many people will be attending and many proxy votes issued I requested a zoom meeting AGM but the administrator said it was not legal as it’s either appear in person or proxy but surely being present by live video link would be acceptable could anyone direct me to the law in the horizontal property law which prevents live video meetings. Thanks in advance

Well we had the meeting and 6 of us attended via zoom video as the administrator relented and accepted the logic interestingly we had set up 4 half hour meetings as after 30 mins you have to pay but it was successful and worth doing
