Estate agents in malaga east with 'fincas' on their books?

Postby spanish_lad » Fri Mar 12, 2021 4:48 pm

Hello all. We are looking at property in and around rincon de la victoria, benalgabon, benjerafe, almayate, torre del mar etc etc.

we saw 3 house yesterday but they were not suitable. (2 on a river bed, and one on concrete but no access to the 900m2 it has.. Apart from up the river bed. No thanks)

We have seen property with mi5, dulce-hogar, etc etc etc.

Are there any other agents in rincon and surrounding areas that have 'finca' type properties on their books? Idealista, fotocasa, yaencontre, etc are good, but not everyone wants to pay their fees.

Thanks

Simon at Rio Estates dealt with Axarquia properties, and sold our house.

I can highly recommended Toni Waterman at
Unspoilt Andalusia in Trapiche just along from Torre Del Mar, very professional & great knowledge of the area, she covers a large area.
Our Finca went under offer in 5 days.
Good luck with your search.

We are in that area for about a week of every month, my gf has family there. Theres houses for sale next door to them, overlooking the beach for 140k, but they dont have gardens - I´m looking for something that I can have a little garden - only around 1000m2, but finding that is difficult.

We saw one house, thats on the main road at almayate, opposite the camp site. that would be perfect, its fenced, on the main road, but the house has been "started" and is currently unlivable.
