Correct me if I am wrong....I think he was incorrect about the back to back 90 days in different years, rather than 90 days in 180

Also he was definitely wrong about 183 days making you tax resident in Spain. You can stay longer than 183 days and not be tax resident, it depends on the double tax treaty with the other country that you may be resident of.

Wicksey, I agree. I had no idea they give you allowances here against rental e.g. amortisation of the capital value, at last that's what they told me and the reason why the wanted the cost of purchase.
