Premium bonds
The chances of me ever winning a prize with my premium bonds has now turned to zero because if I understand the letter from NS&I correctly if I don't have an English bank account, which I don't, I can no longer receive any winnings and must get in touch with them to discuss how to get my money back. As it's an international phone call charge it will probably cost me more to ring than the original cost of the premium bonds.

Re: Premium bonds
Thanks for the suggestion Enrique, it wasn't really about the money I didn't have a great many bonds. I purchased my first one in March 1971 and with great enthusiasm purchased one a week, at that time they were £1 each. My interest didn't last too long as I didn't win anything and up to now I have never won, there was always the possibility, now that is over. I will keep the tickets and the memories.
Re: Premium bonds
Have any winnings reinvested into more bonds, that's what we do. It's something you can do online. We do have a UK bank account but at the moment all winnings become new bonds so there's never any money going into the bank, plus each new bond is another chance of winning.
