Voting in The Andalucia elections

Hi all,
Can anyone confirm if British people can vote in the Andalucia elections. Ive voted in the municiple elections and of course we no longer are allowed to vote in the European elections and of course are not allowed to vote in the nacional elections,

We have the andalucia elections next week so was wondering if anyone knows if Brits can or can no vote in this election.
