How to get a "número de soporte" for Cl@ve registration?

Have digital certificate but want Cl@ve also. Following the online procedure for when you have a digital certificate you need to supply NIE (which I have) and a "número de soporte". The help for the latter mentions three (types of) documents:

* Tarjeta de extranjero
* Permiso de residencia
* Certificado de registro de ciudadano de la Unión

I don't have any of these... Are they something I should have? Staying here as non-resident less than 6 month per year. Please help...

I would have hoped that I could use my digital certificate for this procedure. Also it seems like the CSV procedure only gives basic access in Cl@ve while registration with digital certificate gives "advance" level.

I was looking as well. My Green Nie has no end date.. and no número de soporte

Get an up-to-date TIE and the número de soporte is in the top right-hand corner.

I´ve just checked again and it does have the number. but as you say Gerryh, Ive now got an appointment to get the new TIE anyways - getting a big bit of paper out each time is a pita.
