HELPPPP PLZ

I have a landline phone with Telefonica, all been ok but...my phone has a permanent engaged tone as soon as you pick it up. I have had this for aboput 2 hours now. My adsl is ok and I can recieve calls, but cant dial out. What do i do plzzzzzzzzzzzz.

You will have to report this"averia" to telefonica from another phone.

you dont say where you live, but today there has been a major problem in the Almanzora valley area with no landlines and no mobile reception either!

Its back now, well my landline is, or I wouldnt be able to post this!!

We just had a buzzing sound, and occasionally like a crossed line , could hear some mutterings , albeit faintly.

If your neighbours friends, etc were unaffected then it could be just you , and you should report it.

CALL TELEFONICA

if that fails, close your eyes jump up and down 3 times and wish hopefully

Have been told it is possible to dial Telefonica 1004 from any mobile phone.

eh? u can still dial out on ur adsl modem, but not on ur landline ? thats very weird :shock:

i´d call telefonica.

Averia is 1002 and they will ask for a mobile no. so they can let you know when they are coming. I've always found them very good, same day service.

Thank you once again for your help.
I had to laugh, it would appear that the problem was that the bill had not been paid from the month prior to us moving in!!!!! We have paid ours thru standing order so that was ok but the previous tenent had not paid the last bill.
I should of guessed !!!!!!!!!!!LOL

And I still love it here!!
