Long term rental Marbella Centre

Hi

Does anyone know of a long term rental available in Marbella Centre or can recommend and agent?

Tried the agents on www.andalucia.com/accommodation/long-term.htm, but got little reponse.

Looking to rent from Feb 2006 for 11 months.
3 or 4 bedrooms.
Sea side of the N340.

Don't mind dealing direct with owner.
