Travel Club Card

Postby Lion » Sun Jan 29, 2006 5:49 pm

Anyone else have one?

I have had mine since moving to Spain and have now finally got enough points to claim a 10 Euro Eroski voucher, but when I register online I get to the last section of the registration process to be told my card number is invalid, which it's not as I have checked it several times.

Anyone else registered their card online and had any problems?

I have one and it's registered on-line, just been and logged on and found I also have enough points for the 10 euro cheque.

Didn't have any probs registering the card on-line, so can't really help (sorry).

Hmmm, I will have to phone them up and sort it I think.

It's clearly a fault with their site and not a user error though so very frustrating after I have translated all the other questions correctly :(

This seems to be a problem with a lot of spanish websites, get to the final stage and it doesn't recognise you. When I tried to contract adsl through telefonica it was saying name not recognised so had to use the phone.

I phoned them up in the end and today I got my 10 Euro Eroski voucher, does anyone know if I can use this at the Eroski Petrol Station?

I hope so as I am not planning on doing another grocery shop before I leave for UK.

Yep, I was aware, I contacted them a few days ago and they assure me that my crossing on the 23rd February will go ahead as planned (no doubt it won't though!)

We used our Eroski voucher at the petrol station - no problems at all. Have also ´purchased´a vacuum cleaner with our points that came courier service to our house within a week of ordering. Tried ordering over the web site with no luck - wouldn´t accept our NIF number - but went through straight away when done via text/mobile phone.
