Where is the house located?
Have you already put a sign on it? That's the usual way in Spain...

You can advertise your house for sale on Andalucia.com main website but not in the classifieds.

To Admin:
Have you considered allowing the private advertising of houses for sale in the classifieds section? Other forums do it quite successfully. I know it wouldn't provide revenue but it would surely increase site traffic?

Sounds a bit steep 299 euros for a site that doesn't seem very good. ADC would be a much better place, don't know what their fees are but at least they get a lot of visitors.

Heared Daltons Weekly is supposed to be good for house sales, but you would have to pay to advertise it!

"Sounds a bit steep 299 euros for a site that doesn't seem very good."

Oh dear, I bet the guy who runs the site, who probably sells a huge chunk of the non new-build right across Andalucia wouldn't be too happy about that comment! Actually, it's a good site for anyone wanting to sell on the cheap to other English people and if you put all the right pointers in the house gets onto all sorts of sites.

€299 compared to the €15000 some agents are asking seems like a no-brainer to me - most of them you end up doing their job for them anyway. And that's assuming they ever manage to get it on their site in the first place!
