stuttering
was having a really weird thought earlier,
i can't remember the last time i heard anyone stuttering
i meet a lot of people in my work and can't remember the last time
have they cured it?? maybe i missed it on the news
a further point, do Spanish people stutter(or did they before the cure)
what do they sound like?? is it really obvious?
sorry in advance for any offence, it will probably transpire that 90% of posters on here stutter and there hasn't been a cure at all!!

You must be pretty bored.
I am sorry to report stuttering is alive and well and living with at least me.
I must have missed out on the wonder drug
Keep taking the tablets
Just for the record when I attempt to speak spanish I still stutter

A friend of mine stutters hoorendously (my word) so much so that on occasion he falls over to the ground (honestly)
When he sings or speaks like a dalek he doesn't stutter at all.
He says that if there was a cure for stuttering he would not take it as stuttering is a part of him he would not like to lose as i would not like to lose a leg!!!

tartamudeara is Spanish for stuttering and one who stutters is a tartamudo...tartamudos want to talk but are afraid to do so....maybe thats why you dont hear them talk.
yes..the same..yesdo Spanish people stutter

No muerdes la mano que te da de comer.
A lot of stuttering is caused by nerves and only comes on when talking to people outside the family group. The two people I know who stutter can sing word perfect but go to bits in a conversation or one to one with someone they don't know or opposite sex.
Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated into the collective
Did anyone see a recent tv programme on Gareth Gates? There was hardly any sign of his stutter after having special breathing lessons and now he's helping train others that have the same problem. He's now trying to make a comeback after gaining more confidence. Good luck to him, he's tried hard and it's working.
Since I gave up hope I feel much better!
