I dont live in Marbella I was only born there, since then my family invested in chandeliers and so i now live in a favella outside of istan.
But seriously real estate prices on the whole coast are almost exactly the same for the same money of an apartment in benalmadena you can live in the nicer areas of the coast such as nueva andalucia/marbella, the prices arent as different as they used to be so theres no excuse!
There are also parts of marbella that should be torn down and puerto banus needs an overhaul too, estepona too could do with some work. Also the twin towers in nueva andalucia need to come down.
