It seems that around here a popular pastime is to add lemonade to it and sell it off as "Tinto de Verano."

Talking last night, at a party, about the pros and cons of "Olor de Corcho" against "Sabor de Corcho". Someone, who's father was a lifelong Spanish bar owner always used: "El vino esta picado!" Feels right to me, and sounds more authoritative when making a complaint.

You'll undoubtably find it, if it's been standing upright for a month or two.
