Thanks for the recipe ideas, Don. That's one of the big pleasures of living here and not having to work, that I have time to cook properly.

BTW Benidorm, I was put off ready made tinned soup 'cos that's what I was given by my poor old Mum when I was a child (some years ago, you realise :lol: ). I expect they've improved ...... perhaps :wink: No wonder I used to think that Vesta Chow Mein was a treat :shock:

You are most welcome to share any recipe ideas Wicksey. We love the raw materials available in Andalucia and like to draw on various recipe ideas from wherever we have visted in our travelling years.
