Heinz beans

Postby katy » Thu Jul 25, 2019 5:33 pm

How much are Heinz beans in Spain? Reason I ask that I was in Paris recently and strolling through a small supermarket I noticed they were 4.30 euro. I can get a pack of 4 tins here for £2 bit of a mark up. There was also Felix cat pouches which I buy for around £3.50 and they cost 5.30 euro. Good cheap chateau bottled wine though.

Depends where you buy. Iceland fuengirola is different to Carrefour.

You can get Felix cat pouches off Amazon.es, I just bought a box of 120 mixed varieties for 29.99 euros, delivered in a couple of days.

Sounds good. Problem is my two cats will only eat the "good as it looks, doubly delicious fish selection". They won't eat meat even fresh!

Beans sound reasonable in Spain compared with Paris. Strangely ever since I saw them at that inflated price in Paris i have been fancying beans on toast  Perhaps they will be cheaper in the large supers like carrefour in Paris. This was just a small one off the Champs-Elysees.

Monoprix are all over Paris and last time there (3 months ago) they were €1.40 at the Avenue de l'Opéra branch
