Shopping for Babies on the Costa del Sol

Postby wigsy » Mon Sep 03, 2007 9:55 pm

We are thinking of taking our (as yet unborn) child to Spain in the summer next year. Can anyone please tell us some good places to shop for Baby accessories near Nerja - a shop similar to Mothercare is what we're looking for.

Thanks for your help

In my opinion the best baby accesories are in the UK at a fraction of the price. You can get them here but are more expensive I suggest you bring what you need with you.

quite agree, all baby things in spain are hellish expensive. you can get decent travel cots in uk for £30-35. in spain we paid 70 euro for a pretty basic one and dont even get me started on the price of clothes!

if you are travelling with a baby you are allowed to take a pushchair and one other item onto the plane FOC. thats with monarch, obviously check with whoever you fly with to check that is the case with them.
If you cant beat em, just keep tryin
