Sorry the above post was in reply for a request for links to the laws....however the request has disappeared. Nonetheless a useful resource there for anyone who wants to read the law

It is not as clear cut as indicated. Rather than paraphrase a full discourse on the subject can be found here:

To quote myself "Basically it says the child can choose and there is no need for consent of knowledge of the parents"

Yes it's true I should have said a Gillick Competent child amongst other things and the post could extend ad infinitum in definitions etc. So of course I was paraphrasing so as not to make the post hugely long to read.

Having said that please point me to part of the link you supplied that contradicts the following

If a medical or other health professional deems a child Gillick competent then they can legally administer treatment to a child without knowledge or permission of an adult.

Given the fact that this NHS whistle blower claims that the NHS is being run directly by a rabid, out of control government I no longer know what contradicts what.

This person is obviously speaking anonymously but having been a member of UK Column for some time I know they are careful to confirm the identies and validity of their anonymous contributors:

UK Column is broadcast live at 1400 CET on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and on demand shortly afterwards

https://thrombosisuk.org/thrombosis-statistics.php

Every 37 seconds someone in the western world dies from a venous thromboembolism (VTE)
1 in 4 people die from causes related to blood clots

It looks like we should all have been worried about blood clots long before covid vaccines came along. Blood cause 150,000 deaths per year in the UK every year.
