I do the diet with the help of my old books as I can't get on with Weight Watchers. You don't have to be doing SW though, anyone wanting to lose weight is welcome.

As we are coming to the end of the festive period I thought I would bump this up.

We saved a pile of pressies for today and both my sons have bought me boxes of chocolates!!! I've opened one of them, just to show willing, and will be taking the other to the health farm, when I go later in the month

Next year I'm not going to celebrate 3 Kings. All it does is postpone the diet! And I had planned to be so good tomorrow!
