any slimming world classes????

Hello,I wonder if any one can help me.Im looking to find any slimming world classes,from Gibraltar to duquesa.
Would really appreciate any classes/days/times that anyone could help me out with.

I don't think you will find any Slimming World ones They say they don't have them abroad as they can't give the level of consultant guidance that they can within the UK. Weight Watchers have them though.

I tried their online service but found it poor, with no way of contacting a live person for support and no online support groups. I'm now into day to of going it alone and would just love a piece of cake and a glass of wine or two!

Hi - as far as I know there are no Slimming World classes in this part of the coast (Duquesa) but I do go to a very nice WW meeting (so far I've lost 5 stones in weight) and I've been attending for 11 months. If you would like details, just send me a pm.

Thjere are lots of online Slimming World groups who can help you along with buddy schemes too.

Can't get in MrsP!

It says my email address is already in use, then that I already have a hotmail address (I possibly do but haven't a clue what it is). It's also bringing up my son's hotmail address but I don't know what his password is so can't use that!

Try logging out of his and setting up a new hotmail address to use.
Anyone can read the boards but you would need to join to post messages.

Not sure if you found what you was looking for but there are similar classes held in Los Boliches and Fuengirola they are not slimming world but similar

thanks sweetie,its a bit far for me...it would mean travelling a couple of hours down the road to go to the class and filling myself full of sweets on the way!

I have just ordered my book from there..and the lovely seller has photocopied lots of other stuff for me too-which was nice..
there are loads of slimming world and ww bits on ebay even cereal bars.
